Refund Policy

Webpromo™ Membership Plan Refund Terms

If you are not completely satisfied with the Webpromo™ Membership Plan, you can request for a refund by cancelling* your Webpromo™ Membership Plan within 30 days of the date of the transaction**. You must cancel your Membership within 30 days to get a refund.


*20% cancellation fee will apply when cancelled within 30 days. After the 30 days of initial purchase date, no refunds will be given.

**"Date of the transaction, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of membership service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Webpromo.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.


Products That Are Eligible For Refunds

- Social Media Campaigns: fees are non-refundable for the current month. Under certain circumstances, refunds for future pre-paid months may be given.
- Basic SEO Campaign: fees are non-refundable for the current month. Under certain circumstances, refunds for future pre-paid months may be given.
- Email Accounts: Email fees are non-refundable for the current month. Under certain circumstances, refunds for future pre-paid months may be given.


Products That Are Non-Refundable

The following product sales are final.

- Domain Registration: Non-refundable
- General Contents: Non-refundable
- Custom Logo Design: Non-refundable
- Blog Integration: Non-refundable
- Additional Stock Photos: Non-refundable
- Dedicated VPS with SSL: Non-refundable
- Practice Area Contents: Non-refundable


Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from your credit card company or your bank, your service and/or project will be suspended immediately without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored.


Changes to this Refund Policy

Webpromo may revise, modify or update this policy at any given time. We will notify you about significant changes and modifications in our refund policy by sending a notice to the primary email address linked to your Webpromo™ Membership account or by placing a prominent notice on our site prior to the change becoming effective.
